Product Status

In Miravia, products can have different statuses based on various actions that sellers can take, as well as actions that Miravia takes internally. Below is a list of the different statuses that products can have:

  • Active: This means that the product is listed on Miravia and is visible to users for purchase.
  • Inactive: If for any reason you want to remove a product from Miravia’s website, you can set the item with this status. The product will no longer be visible to users for purchase.
  • Draft: Sellers have the option to save a product that is being created via Seller Center. If this is the case, the item will have a draft status.
  • Suspended: Miravia may conduct internal checks to ensure that products are compliant with the company’s terms and conditions. If Miravia detects something irregular, the product will be suspended, meaning it will not be visible to users for purchase.
  • Pending QC: If a product is suspended, you will need to make changes to ensure it meets Miravia’s guidelines. Once the item is modified, it will have a “pending_qc” status and Miravia will evaluate whether the product is compliant or not.
  • Deleted: If a product has been eliminated from the platform, it will have a “deleted” status.

By understanding the different product statuses in Miravia, you can better manage your product listings and ensure compliance with the company’s terms and conditions.
