In order to create/update produts or update price/stock successffully you must generate a csv/xslx file based on our templates with the information of your catalog.
The logic behind the automatic feed process is based on our templates so it is very important that you follow the guidelines that we are going to describe bellow.
Templates need to download from Miravia's Seller Center-Products-Automatic Feed. Please re-download the templates before uploading the files to ensure you get the latest templates.
In order that Miravia can process the file correctly the files must have the following structure:
Product Listing/Update: ProductListingUpdate_basic_sellerfilename
Update Stock/Price: UpdatePriceAndStock_sellerfilename

Before uploading the products you need to map the categories in order to set the right key attributes and possible values. You can get all the categories by downloading the template of Category List.
There are some categories that need to be approved by Miravia before you can use them,please check with your category manager.
Please be aware of the category used to create a product must be a leaf category.
